Brief

With the brief we receive from our customer, new product planning & modification or development are carried out together with R&D studies.

Sample Manufacturing

Sample product is manufactured with prototype molds. It is examined by relevant tests by Dakkik. It is presented to the customer.

Confirmation Process

The confirmation process is carried out when the test results of the samples are mutually agreed upon on the required quality and product documents.

Test Product Manufacturing

After the mass production molds are commissioned by Dakkik, the first batch of products is manufactured in low quantity and shipped to the customer. According to the assembly and field results, improvements are provided in the mold, if it is necessary.

Serial Manufacturing

When our products meet customer expectations and requirements technically and visually, serial manufacturing begins.

Quality Assurance

All products are packaged and prepared for shipment by going through Dakkik's quality assurance processes.
